Clip to ScrapBook #1

This friend and I go to card-making classes/sessions 1-2 times a month. We DID go to one the first Monday of March but it seems like SO long ago.

I started with Ranger Alcohol Ink cardstock and Blending Solution. I used Ranger alcohol inks in Denim, Amethyst, Eggplant, and Ranger alcohol pearls ink Tranquil. My card base is the really heavy Neenah Solar White 110 pound cardstock. The top layer of white cardstock is 100 pound white Georgia Pacific - nothing special which I cut with My Favorite Things Rectangle Stax Set 2 largest die and then used My Favorite Things Rectangle Peek a Boo Window die. I stamped Divinity Designs (aka Our Daily Bread Designs) Butterfly stamp with Stazon black ink on the alcohol inked paper. I also have the coordinated butterfly die which I can't find on the website. I cut a rectangle of the alcohol inked cardstock larger than the window opening and just taped it on the back. Front sentiment is from Hero Arts Stamped Just for You stamp set. Inside sentiment, can't wait to get together again, is from Avery Elle Simple Sentiments stamp set. I popped the entire top layer of the card by putting a piece of fun foam between the layer and the card base. I used this double-sided adhesive on both sides of the fun foam. I added the butterfly die cut with Magical Adhesive Dots from Dollar Tree. I can't find a link but they are flat, 1/2" round clear dots, 72 per package.
