Hair issues associated with shutdown

My husband just read on FB:
88 percent of blondes will disappear from the Earth as a result of the Corona virus
My smart man asked, "I wonder why?"

I looked at him and said "for the same reason you can't go get a haircut right now".
He responded with laughter, laughter that was too extreme for this revelation, but at least he is laughing.

Note: I have never dyed my hair, so his experience is limited.

Men (well, many of them...) are clueless. A decade or so ago, I got a nice haircut, and asked my dh if he noticed anything...He looked puzzled. I told him I was just back from the hairdresser. He looked at my hair for a moment, and then announced, "You got it streaked!"

No. Mother Nature had been streaking it for a few years, and it wasn't blonde streaks, either!

Not only are blondes going to disappear, but a lot of silver streaks and gray hairs are going to appear as well!

I do not dye my hair either. So it just stays the same! I did cut my bangs...they look decent enough.

Tie it back when you go out. Don't want it blowing into your face.

My nails are a wreck. I attempted to file off my gel nails. What a train wreck...finally got most of them off and did solar oil and clear polish. Looking slightly better!

That did not occur to me! When I read your first paragraph, I thought maybe blondes were more susceptible After all, I read that type A was more susceptible than Type 0.
