Shopping for lunch -- 2 weeks

Our county has just advised everyone to get what they need for the next 2 weeks and to not go out even to the grocery/pharmacy for the next 2 weeks.

I am well stocked up for dinners and paper products. I am also pretty well stocked on breakfast.

I'm getting stuck on what to cook for lunches. We are all very sick of sandwiches.

Any quick easy.. ideas? I am putting together an instacart delivery now.

What can I do for lunches and snacks?

THANK YOU!!

Tuna on crackers (we add mayo and avocado and grapes)

Hard boiled egg with fruits/veggies

Hummus and crackers/chips

Soups

Salads

Most days I cook enough dinner that thereís 1-2 servings leftover and we eat that the following day for lunch

I have a huge salad for lunch almost every day:
  • Lettuce
  • Protein (shrimp, chicken, tuna, pepperoni, or....)
  • Cutie
  • Blueberries or strawberries or craisins or grapes
  • Red onion or radishes
  • Dressing
And I have crackers with it. Lately Iíve enjoyed these crackers from TJís with 1 wedge of soft lo-cal cheese.

Leftovers, but not from supper.

I like to put together a casserole, a big pot of soup etc and eat my lunches from that. It's basically the same thing I do when we have school. I usually have 2 things and rotate.

My DD has been eating a huge brunch type meal, grabbing some cheese and fruit mid afternoon and then eating supper with us.
