I'm Grumpy!!! Despite upping the nerve pain medicine on Thursday, my neck, shoulder, and arm are so sore. My asthma kicked in big time and I hardly slept. It's dark, cold, with snow on the way. Done Whining...

I am right there with you. It started before the time change...I think March weather is responsible.

I have been doing some yoga/stretching to try to relax my shoulder and un-impinge it. It has only helped a little. Mine is more muscle pain than nerves. I have had sciatica before...nerve pain is the worst!

Blame it on both. I hate this time change thing so badly. The last few years I haven't adjusted to it very well. Cold weather can make a person become stiff. Our muscles need to relax for us to feel better.

I think we could all use a hot stone massage right about now! I have been fighting a cold for a month now (except for the week I spent in Florida where the weather was in the 80's). I HATE cold weather!

I think it's a huge insult to make us endure the time change, which signifies spring is coming, and then say, "No, wait, here's a huge snowstorm."

What's up with that?

I woke with a sinus headache and feeling "off." I'm blaming it on the weather that's hitting later today. I'm sure the time change isn't helping. Will someone explain why we do this time change thing? Why can't we just pick one and stay there?
