Iím laying in bed and my stomach is rumbling. I know I had a few roasted baby potatoes but I canít think of anything else. It was a crazy, emotional day. My mind is Swiss cheese. Anyone else having major brain fog these days?

While I haven't forgotten to eat entirely, my eating schedule is all of whack. The foods that I eat are majorly junk too.

I have battled extra weight for most of my adult life. I think about food way too much. I enjoy food way too much. I wish that I could forget to eat.

I forgot to brush my teeth a couple of times. I also realized to my dismay that I forgot to put on deodorant two days ago. I think everyone is out of whack.

This is me too. I am not a morning eater and don't even want to think about food until I have been up and moving for about 3-4 hours. I drink a lot of water in the morning. Once I am busy and keep drinking water I often forget to eat until dinnertime when I cook a meal for the whole family. My kids are older and DH is working/sleeping so I don't make breakfast or lunch for them. In a normal school routine I did better because we ate lunch with our students.

Forgetting to eat happened to me a LOT in my previous life. I often had my first (only) meal at 6, 7, or even 8 pm. Now that I'm home all the time, I forget NOT to eat Hence my expanding waistline

I hope today is better for you!

I do of course have moments and days with brain fog but unfortunately forgetting to eat is not something that happens to me !

My schedule is all out of whack with staying home and doing the online learning. The first week I wasn't eating anything for the day until between 8-9 PM. Now I'm doing a bit better but often I don't get to my lunch (my first meal of the day- I've never eaten breakfast) until 4-5.

It's different than being at work, because then I have a set lunch time and I know if I don't eat then, I won't have another chance. And then usually when I'm at home, I'm not teaching, so this has been a whole new experience!

I'm still typically eating the same number of calories though- just later. On those days I had forgotten lunch as soon as I did start eating I was ravenous. Today I had lunch around 4 and just finished my dinner (almost 10 here). I have a last small snack planned for later- if I eat it or not depends on how late I stay up. With mostly being able to set my own hours I revert to my preference of staying up late/sleeping in the morning.
