Behavior/Conduct Chart

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I am looking for a behavior/conduct chart that I can send home on a daily basis to inform parents of behavior of one of the students in my class. The issues I need to include are staying on task, keeping hands to self, and staying in seat. I would like some kind of chart that would be motivating to a third grade boy.
Thank you

try http://www.busyteacherscafe.com
Go under free worksheets, and it will have different behavior charts. I teach second grade, and I use the one with the faces on it because it had room for comments and a place for the parents to sign. I did this for two of my students daily, and their behavior improved significantly.

Clip to ScrapBook #3

Hello there, I am looking for a nice behaviour chart for my classroom wall (year 3), I dont mind paying a bit, do you know what website I can find them on? I have looked at a few but they are all for parents or small ones/ printable ones to take home. I would like a nice big one that can be sent by post or i could pick it up.
Thanks
