Is any one exhausted all day everyday ??

I like going in early because I feel like i work better first thing in the morning, but I have a really early lunch and my afternoon is LONG ... By the last two periods of the day I am SHOT I can barely focus on what I'm doing.

Is there anyone else feeling this way? Does anything help?

Do you have an opportunity in the afternoon to do a quick snack? Just like kids, you might need a little protein.

This is a really hard time of year for all of us. We are past the setting prcedures time, trying o really pus the learning, while all those other responsibilities start adding up.

Hang on, there are a couple breaks coming up so you can get your breathe!

I feel the same way. I have a prep period right after my lunch so I'm able to take a little bit more time, but unfortunately I'm not a coffee drinker. But I drink juice with my lunch and it seems to help me stay focused a bit longer in the afternoon

I don't really have time for an afternoon snack truthfully but I will try to find something quick that is protein based to eat when I get sluggish hopefully that will help

Try eating string cheese or a handful of nuts. Both are easy and quick. Good luck!
