Does anybody have a really good recipe for fudgy frosting. We're having a party for my oldest son today, and I'm making his favorite wacky cake. But I've lost my good fudgy frosting recipe. Can someone help me?

Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. About 2 cups frosting.

My favorite is ganache.

You can beat ganache and get a fluffy frosting.
