I've put it off all summer and I'm debating going in to school today. It is today or not for almost a week. I am going away in two weeks so I want to have everything organized before I leave so I can come back and start the school year somewhat organized. The only question is today or next week.

DECISION ~ there is actually a lot I can do here and it is already after 9 and I haven't showered so I'll wait til next week to go in to school. If I go when I'm in the right mood I'll get a lot more done.

Smokey, I am right there with you! I was planning on going in today, as I will be going away the week before school starts also. Just finished 3 days of in-service training. I thought last night that I would get up really, really early this morning and gather up my stuff that I was taking in. First mistake. I should've gathered everything up as soon as I got home yesterday. Then I got up this morning and couldn't get it together. I do have a lot to do here (home stuff), Dr. appt later today, and I should also get started on mapping out my year or something. Now, I'm thinking that I'll go in tomorrow for a couple of hours and then spend a day in there next week (after my house is cleaned, my errands are ran, and the family is packed for vacation). Hoping that is not my 'second mistake'. Summer has been too short for me!

I'm freaking out about when I can get in! We are being moved to another building that is in the middle of repairs. The repairs are expected to be done 10 days before school starts! My whole classroom is packed in boxes...I'll never be ready in 10 days. What a way to start.
