Just hired for a 3rd grade. The halls in the school are named. There's Pineapple Way, Anchor Alley & Dolphins. I will be on Dolphins hall. We are expected to use Dolphins in our classroom themes. I have searched & searched & cant find much. I see a lot of Beach themes but not Dolphins. If anyone can help me think of ways to have a Dolphin theme I would so appreciate it!! I know my colors will be teal blues, whites & greys. Any ideas for bulletin boards (welcoming), classroom ideas needed. TIA!!!

You are going in the right direction with the color theme.
I would use that for bulletin boards. Then I would find a variety of dolphin templates to enlarge. approx. 3-6. Use them to accent your helper chart, student of the week, rules /procedures, , etc


I searched on Pinterest and found some activities and information about dolphins. Display that. Art activities. Name tags template.

I would find a plush dolphin for class mascot or a reading buddy.
I saw the dolphin from banana and would make that. Locate books of dolphin theme.

How artistic are you? I would draw a dolphin on a wood sign and add an encouraging quote.

I am tired and my creative mind is not co operating with my thoughts

A lot when I put in dolphin classroom. You Could do an underwater theme that incorporates the dolphins. To bad it wasn't a porpoise- you could have done so many purposeful puns
