What is everyone using for Title 1 documentation?

Most of my co-workers are using a paper system where they have a sheet for each student. Because I work in Junior High, I use Excel to log my notes by Teacher, then period, then my student list for that class. So I have multiple sheets for each student. This is okay but it makes it hard to share my information with my co-workers who work with the same students. I can't really run a report to collect all the notes.

There has to be a collaborative software out there that allows us to #1. enter notes by student, #2. includes any pertinent IEP/504 information, #3. Is searchable by student or staff member, and can print reports.

Any suggestions?

Can't you just create a team drive in Google and share the document? Use Google Sheets instead of Excel.

We use CC pensieve. My principal also has me journaling what I do with kids. It's a lot of work, but the CC pensieve is great when conferring with kids.
