Hello, intermediate colleagues!

I am a first-grade teacher recently hired as a reading specialist. My school's data indicates that our students are not showing proficiency on the Task Dependent Analysis response portions of our end-of-grade standardized assessments. While I was getting my reading specialist certification last year, I had to take an instructional coaching course, and the teachers in my school who responded to wanting instructional coaching indicated they wanted help with TDA's. I have observed that the students and teachers alike, dislike TDA's. What resources or professional developments have you found that have taken the sting out of TDA's and provided results for your students? Thanks for your advisement!
