Move in IEP

School starts in a week. I'm now seeing IEPs from students moving into my school. I just finished looking at 1. The student has 17 goals.
BUT she only receives 30 minutes service from the special education staff 4 times a week.
I figure I'll have time to work on each goal for about 7 minutes a week.
There's no way this is a realistic IEP. It includes a goal for pre-primer words and sounding out CVC words. AND working on answering who, what, why, where, when, how questions. And counting to 100. And counting objects to 20. And writing numbers to 100. And writing letters. And sentences. And writing stories with pictures.
There's more, but my head hurts.
