I was reading through to see what was on this thread and I thought if someone has the Goal Tracking Sheets that were mentioned I sure would like a copy. If anyone has one let me know.

Sorry, I'm an infrequent visitor to this site, so I'm not familiar with what "thread" you're referring to. When I did spec ed, I had 8-10 pre-K students to keep track of goals for. I guess I made what you would call a goal tracking sheet simply by using a table format on my word processor. If I was addressing a students specific goal that day, I would make tick marks for each succesful attempt or a plus or minus sign under that particular goal for that date. The +/- enabled me to easily see how manny attempts were successful for a % rank to be addressed on the IEP.

That sounds like a good idea. I will try that. SOmeone mentioned on this board that they had a good tracking sheet and I was wondering if the still had it.
