I agree with Keltimom. There is something going on. It is interesting there are enough consonants and enough vowels and in the right location.

This particular student got 100% on the spelling test last week. This week, well, you see. There is no speech or hearing issues. He is ELL, but has been here in school since K (he's in 4th).
He is super inconsistent with everything. Test scores are all over the place. No one can figure it out. He's been referred.
