class reward ideas

Clip to ScrapBook #1

We have a warm fuzzy jar that we try to fill with pompoms. The kids can earn a warm fuzzy as a class when they work hard on a goal, get a compliment, etc. I need some more ideas for class rewards when they fill the jar- We have already done pajama day, extra recess, watch a movie, extra center time... We can't do anything with food. Any fun ideas that are easy and don't cost anything (or very little).
Thanks!

We had “free toes” day. My kindergarten students loved playing without their shoes in the classroom.
Another day they loved was “bubble day”. We blew bubbles outside.
Have fun!

We play with shaving cream (which also cleans the tables & makes the room smell good!)
I also cheat a little bit & when there is a special activity planned & we have filled our jar near that time, I just use that activity. Most recently, 4th grade read about Harry Houdini so they put on a magic show for us. Now, they would have done that no matter what but hey, the timing worked out!! Win-win

Eat lunch inside with you (if you want to give up your lunch time!), sit with a friend or in a different seat, write with a special pen or smelly marker for the day.
