Assigning a PDF Math Worksheet

If I want to assign a worksheet to students that is in a PDF form for math, what's the best way to assign it?

*SeeSaw: Can I put the PDF on SeeSaw and have students annotate/write on it and submit it?

*Should I look into Kami, for marking up a PDF and have them do it that way and turn it in through Google Classroom?

It seems like Kami would be more work, since they are not familiar with it, where as SeeSaw is pretty intuitive and they have used it before. Does SeeSaw have that capability?

Any other ideas?

Here’s how I did my last worksheet and it worked pretty well.
1. I screenshot the page I wanted.
2. I put the screenshot in google slides. I had to adjust the size of the slide to a sheet of paper first, though.
3. I put yellow text boxes where I wanted the answers with the instructions to put the answers there.
4. Shared in google classroom

I tried SeeSaw. We will see if that works. If not, I told the students to just discuss the sheet (it's an error analysis task) with an adult and then the student or the adult can send me a message on SeeSaw, Google Classroom, or e-mail telling me one thing they discussed about it.

I'm interesting in Kami, but it looks like it's paid. Is it free now with e-learning, or still paid?
