Iím new to Google and Google classroom - I want to create an assignment with a google doc that has fill in the blank questions. How do I do that so every student can open and complete their own doc?

If you do that again, you can make a blank doc. You just have to make sure that when you post it, you scroll down so that it says "every student gets a copy." That way, students will get their own copy.
