Habits to Keep and Habits to Drop

With this Corona Virus situation I have reviewed the habits I need to keep and the habits I need to drop once this health scare is over:

To Keep : Hand washing thoroughly and being aware of how often I touch my face. I will continue to keep a month supply of essential household cleaners and paper goods in the garage on my "Costco shelves."

To Drop: I am a hug person and will be dropping that habit with friends . There are plenty of other ways to show deep care and concern about a friend. I don't think I need to stop at the grocery store so often either.

What are your habits to keep and habits to drop?

Habits to keep:
Being more vigilant about what we're reusing & cutting back on wasteful habits
Being out in the sunshine more
Spending intentional time "doing nothing" with DS. Not every moment needs to be scheduled or productive!
Keeping the house stocked of "essentials"

Habits to drop:
detach myself from the news
over analyzing every move I make (it's ramping up my anxiety terribly)
Sitting on my rear end in front of Netflix.
