My doctor was close to putting me on blood pressure meds and I did not want that. Plus, I was 6 pounds from the heaviest I have ever been. On Memorial Day, I started the keto diet. Here are my results so far. The first pic was the first week in June. The 2nd pic was yesterday. I am down a total of 20 pounds and feel great. My blood pressure is down and I have more energy. I want to lose 50 more pounds by April when I turn 40. My new motto is #70before40.

Spedder, do it! I am so glad I did. I could not tell the difference day to day. My clothes are fitting looser but not like I thought they should. I have been posting my weightloss journey on facebook to hold myself more accountable. I had a pm today from a coworker who said that my journey encouraged her to start hers.

Congrats on those wonderful results!

I'm trying to lose weight too. I can't say that I'm following any particular diet, but I am logging my food in the Lose It! ap. I'm also trying to walk daily. I'm using Map MyWalk to help me track how long and how far I've walked. I don't have a fitbit, but I may invest in one for when we return to work in the fall.

What else are you doing besides the diet? You've lost a lot of weight in a short time.

I am still doing my diet/kick-boxing/cross-training. Feels good to be strong again. I hope you reach your goals by 40!!

I am following the keto diet. I have not started working out yet. I can't walk without foot pain yet.

I started out taking garcinia cambogia but I am not anymore. Mostly because I can't time it where I can take the pills 30 minutes before I eat.

CONGRATULATIONS! You look great! I am doing the same using Weight Watchers (informally as DH is the one who actually joined) and continuing with my daily exercise routine.
