Working on a word for students in grades K-2 to teach them about leadership and could really use some assistance brainstorming words. So far, I've got - strong, team, and support. Any other suggestions?

show, model, explain

Then again, this is my favorite quote about leadership:

A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.
