Help With Smart board

Clip to ScrapBook #1

We have a few m600 smart boards that recently stopped working. One of them will not let the teacher to use any touch interaction including drawing. The other allows the teacher to touch it but can't draw. Both boards have the green light. And both boards pen trays are stuck on the white light under the pen. We have tried everything we could think of.. any suggestions would be great!

Thanks!

Sounds like a software problem. Odd that more than one has the problem. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I'd use something like Revo Uninstaller to get it all. Strange problem.

turns out this issue was caused by two different problems but they just had just caused the same issue. One we uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. and the other the USB cable had gone bad.
