Pain w/exercise tmi

Since April I've been much better about exercising on a regular basis. Since about 6 weeks ago when I run I get terrible pelvic pain and cramping. Sometimes it lasts the rest of the day. Sometimes it only lasts an hour. It's not every single time, but it is a lot of the time. I do have endometriosis, but I've had it for many years and it hasn't always caused this problem. It doesn't happen when I walk or swim, but I don't want to be limited to those things. I don't want to go to the doctor because I truly don't think there is anything he can do. My options are quite limited for the endometriosis. Sometimes I wonder if it could be stomach-related, too...like intestinal cramping? Sometimes it feels the same.

Does anyone else have this problem? Anything you found that helps?

Are you drinking enough water when you exercise?

PEPteach
Watch some Youtube videos about stretches for pelvic pain. There are some really good ones by a P.T. from England. Lots of good information about those muscle groups.

Thanks, Emeraldcity! I will look into those. I did do PT awhile back for similar pain, but hadn't thought of the fact that maybe some of those stretches would help this problem.
