Yep. Nothing changes. Even when it's your job instead of a class project the same rules apply. One or two people do all the work. Someone who does nothing talks about how how awesome "we" are. You actually are not all that awesome. Grrrr.

I got stuck in a group like that for a long period of time once. 2 of us carried the show for as long as we had to.
I think when P's put together teams, they purposefully set groups up like that to make sure stuff gets done.
