How do I upload a test to my Smart Board and have students use the clickers for quick grading?

Since I don't have a Smart Board, I can't answer your question totally.

I create my own tests using CPS.

Because I find that my students word at different speeds, I use the computer projector and the CPS "tests" as reviews and use the teacher managed assessment.

When I actually want to assess my students, I use a paper test and the students input their answers into the clickers, using the student managed assessment.

(I am just now delving into Exam View, for we finally have a textbook with it included. Shows how old our texts are!)

I would call the einstruction people. They are absolutely WONDERFUL. The last time I had a problem, the tech even took over my laptop remotely to fix the problem. Every time I've called they've given me sound, understandable help.
