How is everyone doing this first day of December? It was a very mild day here in the Pacific Northwest and we have had a short break from our record breaking rains of November!

I'm doing really well! I love the fact that we are down to 11 days until Christmas break! Having a good week so far with my class. Fun science unit, and of course academic learning via the holiday season...

How's everyone else doing? How are you?

I am happy because we have another break coming up so soon! I only have 11 more days with students before winter break!

I am also loving the weather here in CO right now. I know the lack of snow is bad for the environment, but it is SO nice to have these 60-70 degree days still in DECEMBER! And not worrying about driving in snow or anything like that either. I keep trying to remind myself it's not really a good thing, but selfishly I love it!

I've had a productive day here. DS and I are working on a design plan to disguise a knee high attic door. I've mixed up some chocolate chip cookie dough too The weather here is in the mid sixties...so perfect.

How nice of you to ask! I'm fine but getting a bit anxious about flying to see my DD and her family next week. Last time I did that in March, 2020, I ended up staying with them for 20 months. I came back home in Sept. Covid has us all worried again. We're all fully vaxxed except for my 4 yr old Granddaughter.....but it's still a worry. Wish this blasted virus would go away!
PS....just peeked at my credit card bill...oh Grandma, you've been naughty!
