I found an unclaimed, not school property, bookcase. Painted it red. My husband screwed on the "book holders"--these are the silver wire mesh business card holders I got at Office Depot--$2.97 each. On the Pintrest site the original poster put her husband's PDF of the screen altered to say return/rent books. I printed it out then bought an 8x10" picture frame, which I painted red, and mounted it to the bookcase with craft double side sticky foam. I then searched for images of a redbox--saved the pic--used Publisher to make a banner the size I needed--(pixels are not good, but you get the letters ok) I printed out 2 and took the extra d and cut it to an a, traced it on to the bookcase along with the little curvy logo on top and hand painted it. I keep all the extra books inside the bookcase.
