Do you tip a roofer for replacing your roof or am I not already giving him enough of my hard earned money?

I don't tip for work around my house, including roofing. It never occurred to me to do so.

We had our roof replaced a couple of years ago. DH was home for the entire process. He didnít give a tip but did provide water, tea, and other snacks to the workers.

Workers work for tips

Bell hop
Valet driver
Wait staff
The maid *in hotels
Hairdresser
Massage therapist
Nail technician
Cab drivers

Work people quote a price for the job. No tip. Recommendations to others appreciated.

I wouldn't tip a roofer. You are already giving him plenty of money to do the job.

I wouldn't tip him, but a good review on his website (if he has one) or FB would probably be very much appreciated.
