Ikea magazine file price drop

i just wanted to let you all know that i was in my local ikea (so lucky to have one 5 minutes away) and noticed that their white magazine files that cost $2.99 for 5 are now $1.99...and they made it seem like it was a new price, rather than a sale price.

http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50022354

they last about a year with some duct tape on the bottom.

I am envious that you have an Ikea so close! I have to drive 2 hours to get to one. I saw the price drop and have scheduled a trip to go!

Make sure to check the stock online before you go...I've gone 2 times already and they have been sold out. Seems all the teachers are buying them out. I guess we know a good deal when we see one.

ikea sells furniture, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and all sort of home goods. ALL SORTS.

the furniture needs to be put together, but it is generally cheaper than furniture stores. they have lots of great organizational furniture.

it's totally worth going.

you can order a new catalog after sept 6th: http://www.ikea.com/ms/en_CA/virtual...ue_splash.html

if you decide to go to one, you could be there for a few hours. if you have kids, you can drop them off in a play area. if you get hungry, they have a restaurant. ooh, and on the way out buy some cinnamon buns.

Ikea is more than just a store - it's an experience.

4 Hours!

Our son refuses to go to Ikea with us anymore. His father takes 4 hours to wander, plan, dream. We have to follow the arrows on the floor, no shortcuts so he can check out everything! The furniture is from Sweden and basic (easy) to put together. The entire experience is great and I ALWAYS find inexpensive things that I absolutely NEED for school

And the coffee with the cinnamon buns is delicious! I purchased a wooden cube with little drawers eight years ago and it is still my favorite organizing tool at school! I

I was just checking the stores today for the most economical magazine holders to use as book boxes. I was getting frustrated and disappointed with the costs in stores and the high shipping online at many places. Your post made my evening...you are a godsend. Thank you so very much!!!
