Our parent organization gave every teacher $300 at the start of the year. I haven't spent mine because I can't decide what to spend it on. It's burning a hole in their pocket and they really want me to spend it now.

What would you get?

I already have everything I need for a nice class library and access to all the technology that I need.

I'm thinking maybe a couple of wobble stools, but I don't know if that's the best use of the money.

What would you get?

I know you said you have technology but do you have a wireless keyboard and mouse on a small cart so that you're not tied to your desk to have access to the computer? The cart would likely cost more than the wireless keyboard and mouse!

I have 4 things that other people are always coming to my room to use. A personal paper cutter (with a swing arm), a personal laminator with cheap pouches from Amazon, a 30 sheet electric hole puncher, and a single hole paper drill I use for drilling holes through flashcards.

Could you ask your students for input? Some things they might want to see?

Wireless keyboard recommendation

I have had one like this for about four years. It's light enough fir me to pack around the room like a clipboard and easy for students to pass to one another if needed for an activity. I don't like it when I'm writing IEPs and things like that, but it's perfect for moving around while teaching. I still have the regular keyboard and mouse for doing paperwork.

One more idea - are there any site or app subscriptions you would like to have?
