What ways can technology be used for diverse learners in Math

Technology can be very resourceful in all subjects, but I personally am having a hard time finding a variety of ways to show math using technology. For example, are there any websites that others have found that could be used for, say currency?
Also,
How can it be used to assess students?
If teacher's have access to SMART boards, for example, practice activities can be made, but what if there is no access to a SMART board?

Thanks!

Our school subscribes to moby math. It is great for assessments and extra practice. I also use Ten Marks and xtramath. Both free. I also have a tablet that I have loaded some math apps for.

It has interactive exercises you can do in front of the kids or if you have enough computers, let them work on it themselves.
