Field Day activities?

Clip to ScrapBook #1

Our fifth grade has our annual Field Day this week. I need an idea for a station. What we have so far is HORSE (basketball), relay, jumprope, and bean bag toss. We don't have tons of equipment. I'm at a loss for ideas!

A fun one is filling a bucket with a sponge or a cup with s hole in the bottom. It is a relay. There is a large bucket in the center filled with water. Each team has a sand pail to fill. Team members take turns filling the cup or sponge with water from the center bucket and bringing it back to their little pail. You can play for a set time or until the bucket is filled to a line.

These are things that my school did last year for field day: Hula battle (the kids went crazy over this), tug of war between 2 classes, and musical spots (using thos removable sit spots-like musical chairs).
