Lol, I'm okay with wearing a mask that clashes with my outfit.

Funny anecdote, yesterday I was shopping online for baby clothes for my new baby nephew, and noticed a lot of baby outfits that came with what I assumed was a matching baby sized mask--looked sort of like a triangular bandana which could wrap over baby's mouth. On second thought I realized how crazy (and dangerous) that would be, then I noticed the description of one that mentioned it came with a matching bib

Definitely a face-palm moment!!

Anticipating a return to the classroom in September, I am amassing quite the collection of masks. Some prints. Some solids. If Iím going to wear them, might as well coordinate.

This week I was down at my school helping with our pick up/drop off. I realized that my bright colored, cutesy masks weren't going to cut it if we have to wear them for teaching. Summer project will be making some neutral masks for work!

I have thought about getting some plain ones in neutral colors for the fall. I don't mind clashing for running errands and whatnot but I'd like to look more put together for school and if social events ever happen again .

I'm going to wait and see what happens though. My district has already purchased masks and I wonder if those disposable ones are more comfortable/breathable. They kind of look like it. Or if they will require us to wear those or if we will still be online anyway...

It seems like more men, on the news shows, are wearing matching or color coordinated ties and masks.

I have a bunch of masks in my Amazon cart for the fall. DH thinks I’m crazy, and having one is enough. But he also doesn’t get why I need more than one pair of black shoes.

I try to somewhat coordinate my masks.......but then again I sew my own so that is a bit easier for me to do.

I wonder what your DH would think of me. I went to the supermarket the other morning. Mask #1. Then I stopped for gas. Mask #2. Later that day I went across the street to the neighbor's to take out the trash as she can't. Mask #3.

My rule is that if we take it off, we don't put it on again until it has been washed. Some days we use no masks as we don't leave the house. Other days we use more than one each.

I am retired, but if I were still working, I think one mask before lunch, one mask after lunch, would be my minimum.
