looking for full-length RATED G movie to show my class on the last day. i'd like for it to be an older movie that they may not have seen. (i teach 5th)

here are some that i'm thinking of...

Fern Gully and the Last Rainforest

The Rescuers

An American Tail

can you think of others? thanks!

Stone Fox?

I gave up doing movies on the last days. The kids don't want to sit quietly and listen to a movie. They want to talk and chill with friends.

I have no plans for the last day yet.

Babe

The Princess Diaries

Lion King (since the live action is coming out this summer they might be interested in the original)

I force my own kids to watch older movies that I like. They like the original Parent Trap.

I love Monster's Inc. and it's rated G. For 5 year-olds, that would be an "older" movie.

i had a list up on the board and asked them how many had seen each one. only 2 had seen Fern Gully (and i really like the songs and could use some robin williams), so that's the one.
