I have a very passive aggressive teammate and I'm so done with it...I want so badly to call her out on it but I know it will only make things worse! Sorry rant over....I just needed to say it out loud! Only 16 more days!

There are some great videos on YouTube about dealing with passive aggressive coworkers. I just try to be crystal clear when I explain myself to others because "passive aggressiveness" allows people to be mean then deny they are being mean. It also helps to know that people are usually passive aggressive when they feel too intimidated to say what they mean in a constructive way. Good luck- dealing with passive aggressive people is HARD. You can make the problem worse by calling them out- they just deny it. My advice is to rise above and keep on shining.

I had to work closely with a passive aggressive colleague for years and it was exhausting. My sympathies.

This is very true, but I didn't find that it helped me deal with my passive aggressive colleague. To me, cowardice is no excuse for making everyone around you miserable.

My sympathies also! i just went through having a passive-aggressive CT. It was the most stressful, mind-blowing, and exhausting experience I've had as an adult career-changer, who has years of working experience to compare.

Document everything if there's a chance they're also malicious!
