My Dream House

I'm doing research and I came across this 10,950,000 home. I'm drooling. I really love that I can be naked in my closet and have such a gorgeous view. I can skinny dip in my pool. That bear statue has to go though. I'd need a bigger wine cellar though.

I'm not sure what it is about this older home, but I'm in love. I think it's the grounds and the woods and the lake. I'd update the kitchen.

That is beautiful! I love that it has a tennis court. Probably no naked tennis, though!

Thank you, I love looking at houses. I love the views, I love the stonework. Love. The decorating is not what that beautiful house deserves.

I looked up a home that my sister and I drove past on Zillow just to see what the inside of a $6,875,000 home looked like. Zillow is now sending me all kinds of beautiful homes in that area that begin at $4,000,000. They are just a BIT out of my price range. The mortgage on the house we looked up was $33,000 a month!

Of the two houses

I like the location of the first one, but the charm of the second one. At a fraction of the cost, I'd go for the second one, kitchen and all. (If I were to win the lottery.)

That first one the location is absolutely stunning! But inside is having a bit of an identity crisis 😂 it seems like the owner/designer couldnít pick a style!

It's gorgeous! I'd be happy with a much smaller version of it!

Gorgeous view on the first one, but that second one - thatís a home! My initial reaction to it was ďIs that the 8 is Enough HouseĒ? Itís not, of course, but thatís what popped in my head!

but Stamford - holy cow! Not only the price of the house - but the taxes would be astronomical.

Just a smidge out of my price range.
