We're having local women leaders come read books about historical women. Any good book suggestions for kinder and 1st?

I love this book series! I bought them for my own kids and we read them fairly often. They are somewhat wordy (gotta get in all those historical facts!) but itís written in such a way that keeps even my rowdy preschoolerís attention!

I am Rosa Parks (Ordinary People Change the World) https://www.amazon.com/dp/0803740859..._x1gJCbJVKCR4T

There are a ton of different ones:we have (and love!) Amelia Earhart, Jane Goodall, Helen Keller, and Rosa Parks.
