You will need to create a Kahoot. If you don't have a Kahoot account, you'll need to create one. If you google Kahoot, there will be two websites. One has "Kahoot it"in the URL. That's NOT the one you need to create the Kahoot. That's what your students will use.

When you create your account, you can create your came. You post questions and choices. You can select a time limit. I always do the max. just in case, but most of the time, all of the kids finish before that. When you are done creating the game, save it.

To actually play Kahoot, you will need to log into your account and select "Play now" from your Kahoot. A code will come up. You will make sure your students have that code. When they Google Kahoot, they will go to that "Kahoot it" site and put the code in. Then they create their name. To play, they just click on the answer. They get points for answering correct, but more points for answering faster, so they want to be accurate, but fast. You will need to click through, like click next question, etc.

If the kids are in a Google Meet, they could leave the meet window open in one tab and have the Kahoot in another tab. They can then talk to each other and you can guide them through the steps.
