Favorite salad dressing?

I enjoy a big salad for lunch nearly everyday, but am tiring of my salad dressing (Marzetti Simply 60 Creamy Caesar) I know there are a million dressings out there, but I am looking to switch things up. No Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s in my area. I welcome homemade ideas, but no sugar (or very little) please.

And, I am probably the least picky eater on the planet!

I have it on my spinach salad and sometimes add some to any salad(pasta or potato). Cumin Vinaigrette 1 cup olive oil, 2 tsp. spicy mustard, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. minced garlic(either dried or just from the jar) and scant 1/3 c. apple vinegar. this is double the original recipe since I love it so much! I hope you love it, too.

I always loved Hidden Valley’s Chipotle dressing! (Can’t eat it anymore due to dairy allergy)

I have salad almost every day. Onto the vegetables, I splash on a couple of teaspoons of balsamic vinegar and then a tablespoon or so of olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and toss--easy peasy!

I make the Outback Ranch Dressing (copycat version). It is really good. I also like Olive Garden's Italian Dressing.

I love Briannas Poppy Seed. It probably has too much sugar for you, but it's delicious!

Ranch!

Also, there's this BBQ one I make. I saw the recipe on the cooking show, The Kitchen when Jeff Mauro was making a salad:

- BBQ sauce - I love TJ's organic sriracha and roasted garlic BBQ sauce (pictured)
- dijon (or any) mustard
- white wine vinegar
- olive oil
- a little sprinkling of whatever seasonings/spices

Tessemae’s dressing is sugar free. I like the Cilantro but they have lots of flavors and they are all delicious. It is sold in several stores in my area.

Bolthouse Farms!

They are made with Greek dressing. My favorites are Blue Cheese (which is 35 calories for 2 tbsp) and Cilantro Avocado (which is 40 calories for 2 tbsp)

I've never been a salad person but now I have one for lunch almost every day because these dressings are so freaking good
