Do you spend any of your time coaching teachers (like a Literacy coach)?
We are being asked to coach teacher, but do not have that title. There is some controvery with another teacher wanting to call herself this. Do you have any suggestions about what we could call this instead of Literacy Coach?

We have a dedicated Literacy Coach and Math Coach in our building (2 separate positions). If another teacher, such as a Title teacher, is asked to "coach" a classroom teacher, I wouldn't see this as a problem but I can see why the title could be a problem. Maybe a title isn't necessary - just consider it observation/collaboration/reflection time with colleagues!
