Help! I've been stressing about my son's enrollment for 10th grade. On his planning guide he had listed Spanish 2, but the school counselor enrolled him back in Spanish one in which he has already received a grade for. When my son brought this to her attention she told him the class was closed.

So I emailed her about a month ago at the end of summer school and she told me to contact her back on August 1st, which I did.

The class is still full. I'm worried that a spot will not become available. Since it is her fault I was hoping she would take care of it. I don't know how long to give her before I contact the principal. School starts in 2 weeks so I wish this could be taken care of . What are your thoughts? Please let me know. Thank you.

I'd be calling the principal, they made the mistake, they need to deal with it. the school exists for the students, not the other way around.
