Hi guys!

I really need to add some more nonfiction books to my classroom library and am wondering what have been big hits with your kiddos?

I have really lucked out and found many nonfiction titles in the Target dollar spot. They have had different titles such as Insects,Cats, Dinosaurs, World Places, etc. that the students love. These are not just in the back to school section, they usually have them year round, and you can't beat the price!

Otherwise, Scholastic always has good, grade level appropriate ones. I also get National Geographic Kids magazine-the students LOVE these. Nonfiction animal books seem to be the most popular, and I do buy a few junior biographies (from Scholastic Book Clubs) on people such as Taylor Swift, Barack Obama and Justin Beiber.
