True Confessions:
Did NOT shower...But, I plan on it very soon.
Did NOT comb my hair and it's a greasy rat's nest.
Am barely dressed: Nothing on my feet; ripped, stained t-shirt, oversize pajama bottoms.

Watched TV...stand-up by Rob Schneider; George Carlin; QVC fashions
Wrote in a journal (That's introspective and productive!)
Put my heap of clothes in the closet. (Well, that's getting it done!)
Did a craft with my son.
Pinned, pinned Pinterest!
Drank many glasses of chocolate milk and ate a lot of Smartfood popcorn.

Realize this:
When you're purposefully being a stinky, loafy greaseball and your husband can look you right in the face, smiles, and have a nice conversation, HE IS A KEEPER! He loves me! He really does!

Gotta go!
Time to take a shower and join the Land of the Living.

By the way, I have Absolutely NO regrets about being a stinky greaseball.

I had a four day weekend.

We had a snow day on Friday.
  1. I decluttered and purged a little-used bedroom.
  2. I went through old papers and recycled or shredded.
  3. I had my granddaughters and built a fort in the living room.
  4. I ate pizza, corndogs, cookies and ice cream.
  5. I got a new piano keyboard for Christmas, and I practiced - a lot.

your weekend sounds wonderful! I was hoping for at least ONE day like that, but it's not to be.
Saturday I went outlet shopping with my kids and found a few great bargains.
Sunday I hung out with my 88-year-old Mom and cleaned her house.
Today DH and I are cleaning our house. I was hoping to put on sweats and hang out at home afterward, but I need to go pick up something I ordered at Kirklands.
Maybe next weekend there will be a sweat pants and no makeup day!

We took Friday off to fly from California to Oklahoma so we could celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday. We flew back late last night so we’d have today to recover from the quick trip. It was fun and I’m glad we went, but I’m exhausted from being “on” most of the weekend.

Today I plan to read, crochet, maybe find something to binge watch, cuddle with my fur babies, and play on my iPad. I have to order groceries, do a little school work, and do two loads of laundry. Everything else will wait until next weekend.

Completed my water therapy exercises Sat. and Sun. I plan to go later today when the the gym isn’t so busy.

Cleaned the house.

Laundry is in the works.

Took my adult son and his daughter to the cemetery to visit my DH's (his dad) gravesite. DGD is asking my son questions about his dad. It was a sweet visit. DGD still doesn’t understand, but the conversation is open.

Went to see the local theater's latest production. They usually have quality plays. It was a comedy, It's Only a Play. It was so slow and full of dialogue/chatter. My guests and I left at intermission and so did a slew of other patrons.

I mostly did a bunch of nothing:

-Cleaned my house on Saturday (I clean every other weekend)
-Went to a movie day thing at a friend's house yesterday
-Doing laundry today and possibly going grocery shopping

Other than that I've been sitting around watching TV .

Nor should you, Persephone.

I was a slightly stinky greaseball Saturday and most of Sunday. This morning I helped clean a local historical cemetery. It was COLD out!

Just warmed up with some soup for lunch, now onto conquering laundry and sorting/purging clothes. I also have an order to pick up at Target.

This evening DH and I have a date to shoot some pool after dinner.

Productive Stuff
  • laundry
  • gave guinea pigs a bath
  • went to a funeral visitation
  • went to the dollar store
  • put some clothes in a basket for consignment

Non-Productive Stuff
  • binge watched Scorpion
  • played games on my iPad

I have showered every day, and I washed my face yesterday. Today I managed to change from sleeping pajamas to lounging pajamas. But only because I was cold.

Got my car serviced. So thankful I had issues over a long weekend when I could easily take care of it, instead of during the work week! Also, not too bad $ wise.

Went to Staples and got some stuff for organizing my classroom.

Did several loads of laundry.

Right now I'm relaxing and procrastinating about getting started on lesson planning! I have a lot to do!

ETA: I have showered and changed my clothes daily lol. Just changed from 1 fleece zip up into another

Spent the weekend at our coastal cottage. Power went out during the 49ers game! It only lasted 20 minutes, but my husband was nearly apoplectic. Just about got in the car to listen to the game. Then we discovered that nothing in the breaker box was labeled. That's the project before we leave tomorrow. Otherwise, yoga, walked and lounged and actually read a book.

Saturday I went and toured the local Platt college that my daughter enrolled at earlier in the week. (This is a huge step for her. She's always struggled in school and hasn't had a lot of ambition since graduating last May. She's on her third job, but the hours aren't enough to even make it worth the drive. She thought she wanted to go to culinary school, but that fell through too. She's now decided to go into massage therapy. It's going to be tough, but I'm glad she seems to have a direction in mind now.) Then DH, DD, and I drove an hour away to go grocery shopping. It wasn't so much that we needed groceries from that particular store as it was that we all needed a little time to be together and to get away from town for a bit.

Sunday we had family over all day because DH was ordained as a deacon last night.

Today I have sat on the couch binge watching Boy Meets World. I haven't been productive at all, and I'm quite ok with that! This past week I took the test to become a Google certified teacher, and I told my principal that I'm not planning on returning to my job next fall. I've been contacting references and filling out applications. It's been exhausting (mentally more than anything), so I decided I needed the break today.

I find I have to shower daily. Otherwise, I don't get anything done!

This weekend I:

*Lazed around with internet and games on phone
*Made some homemade cards.
*Lazed around some more (see above).
*Made some more cards.
*Did some laundry.
*Vacuumed/dishes.
*Went to the mall.
*Grocery shopped.

Today, I'm lesson planning a bit.
