I think we could all use it!

-My rescue group can't get volunteers andbits because we don't treat them well, we don't support them and we don't help them.

-My teammate/friend is mad at me. I'm upset she's mad, but not WHY she's mad.

-Willow is never leaving and he needs to go!!

-I swear all my neighbors do is now their lawns. All I hear all day is lawn mowers.

-I'm broke and I'm tired of being broke.

I wish Culver's Frozen Custard didn't taste so good.

I love the wild critters that live in my yard, but I wish they wouldn't dig up my annuals.

My dog is getting old and that makes me sad.

My kids have graduated college and that makes me happy but I miss visiting them there. Loved their college town.

  • I am trying to clean the junk out of the house. I took a trunk load to Good Will this morning. Why can't DH get on board and throw away some of his stuff?
  • I am tired of the little neighbor girl spying on me. I just want to garden in peace!
  • DD is due for baby 2 in 5 weeks. She says she will call when she goes in labor so I can watch her 2 year old. I am 9 hours away! How is that going to work?
  • Rude people on the roads get on my nerves!

I wish my foot would get better so I could walk more--missing it!

Loving getting back in touch with old neighbors after many years--it's never to late to rekindle friendships!

I'm currently Schodinger's pregnant cat and it stinks.

Additionally, I do NOT want to attend this baby shower this weekend...that I'm cohosting.

Less than two weeks until we leave for the beach. Hooray!

  • My 23 year old DS is sick, again. He works with little kids, so it is probably normal. I hope he's doing ok
  • I'm sad that same DS is moving to Michigan in August. It's all part of adulting, and I'm proud of that, but we'll miss him so much (he went away for college, so we've done it before)
  • I hope that DD - 20 starts finding something she likes about her major.
  • DH has crazy swollen knee - he's going in today to get it looked at. Hopefully it is something "easy", and not a side effect of meds
  • I enjoy summer!

I love summer, too!

So glad that I am just subbing for summer school and not teaching it full time

One more soccer tournament this weekend for DS (11) then we get a break.....until modified (middle school level) soccer begins, of course!

Although DS (15) is in summer school for Geometry, he's getting up everyday and going without complaint. He knows that he has to "get 'er done!

*I want to be able to Bewitch twitch my nose and have my classroom all set up! I seem to be walking around in circles. (and checking my e-mail and PT alot!) Def not in the right frame of mind.

*I am tired of being the 'vacation planner'. I need someone else to find us a house for next summer.

*DH is going to have to step up his game! I need a little more help around the house. (Without it having to be 'rewarded'!!!!)

*I want to be by the pool!

I don't understand why it's okay for some people to complain and not everyone.

I don't understand why some people can criticize but if I do it's a major sin.

I don't understand why some people's problems are more important than others' problems.

We're doing the best we can and it has to be good enough.

I feel loved by my family and friends.

I have less than zero motivation to do anything today

Why does it always have to rain?!

My DH has my keys and so the kids and I are stranded until he gets home

I stink at entertaining my own kids this summer

  • I'm too fat for misses pants and not fat enough for plus-sized pants. (I carry my weight in my waist and not in hips/thighs.)
  • Certain people from work really irritate me, and I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to keep my filter in check.
  • I love being on summer break, but I need more structure.

My granddad is sick. Looking at nursing homes for someone this ill is a very sad thing to do.

My mom and my uncle are no help and I'm really sick and tired of both of them.

My dog is settling down and learning to behave better. She's three years old so it's about time! Thank heavens for doggy prozac!

We will have about 1/2 day to set up our classrooms b/c we're not allowed back in the building early and we have a lot of important things to talk about in all the meetings they have scheduled for the other 3 1/2 days we work before the kids come back. And of course, administration will be doing a walk through the afternoon before the kids come back. We will be written up if classrooms are not decorated and all mandated items are not posted. Did I mention I teach life skills and have a LOT of equipment?

I finally found some comfortable flip flops.

Some nice person decided to build a Dairy Queen right where I turn to come into my neighborhood. I LOVE ice cream!

I am so glad to have PT. Thank you all for helping me remember that whatever is going on in my life, I'm not alone. Others have walked the same path before me. They made it through and will too.

  • I'm tired of waiting for the contractor to call me back with an estimate. I would like my project done before I go back to school.
  • I found a bathing suit for my trip on Amazon. Should arrive in time!
  • It's almost time for our vacation trip!! After we return, it will be almost time to go back to school.

-I sure wish NatureLvr would not have mentioned Culvers. Now I need to go there for dinner.

-The house is too quiet now that my mom is gone. She was here for almost 5 weeks and we got into a pretty good routine.

-I need to quit eating so much. I am eating healthier, but eating more than one serving.

-I can't believe I said "yes" to a long term sub job.

-I don't need another dog. I don't need another dog. I don't need another dog...

-I have enjoyed my summer and will go back to work next week. I am trying to finish up projects around the house and everyone needs to be on board. Enough said.

-I had a great trip to Disney World. Love that place.

-I am about ready to go back to work. Changed positions this year to a reading teacher after many years in lower grades. I am excited and nervous. Wished my classroom was finished but oh well.

-By this time next week, I'll have a brand new fence and a painted interior!
-BTS is starting to creep back into my brain, but it's OK.
-Our dog and cats are boarded right now because of all the contractors in our home, AND I MISS THEM!

* Why does it take longer to scan a thyroid than to scan two very large breasts?

* My cat and I need to lose weight. Ironically were are both bad midnight snackers. Hmmm...

* I really appreciate that my new school has all sorts of programs and materials for me. But, whoa, Nellie...Can I get my room set up?

* Really hope my summer job does not give me grief about leaving to go back to school like they did last summer. I gave and am sticking to a clear availability. Fingers crossed I only have two summers, max, of doing these clinical hours.

* Am I going to have to have to start doing PiYo or something? Because the last two time I have started a cardio program, I got a sinus infection.

I would very much like to have an up close and personal conversation with the people who decided that my SIL's position, among 1,000's others, were expendable. Especially after uprooting part of my family from everyone and everything they've ever known so my SIL could transfer 1,000's of miles away.

Although I am sure it was meant innocently enough, the consequences of being referred to as a "cancer patient" affected me more deeply than the initial diagnosis. I may indeed be a cancer patient, but really I'm plain old Hideeho who just happens to have a few bad cells in my body.

I am very disappointed in myself for getting so nervy that I was shaking today for the so-called dry run for radiation.

I want to apologize to all PTers whom I've ever offended. I am sorry for not always coming back and thanking those kind souls who post responses to my posts.

I just had total knee replacement. I gathered a bunch of books to read during recovery, but reading is not happening. I can't concentrate. My eyes get very tired. Then I fall asleep. I'm frustrated.

I'm not allowed outside per the physical therapist because of the steps I have to use to get to the porch and back inside the house.

I wasn't allowed to hold my granddaughter although I finally got clearance yesterday for that. Pure joy!

I just sit in the house, do. my therapy exercises and sleep. I've always been an active person even before the surgery so this sedentary life style is killing my mental health.

Thank God for my mom who came from out of state to care for me. She is a life saver!

Stop parking your baby in front of the TV and then complaining that you have to watch baby TV.

Your 4 month old should not even be watching TV.
