Anyone use some kind of a folder instead of a binder as the BEE (etc.) binders? I am trying to get crafty with sheet protectors and hole punches.

I used a plastic folder last year instead of a binder for my "Monday" folder. On the left side, I had a printed label "Leave at Home" and on the right, "Bring Back." In the prongs, I had a plastic sheet protector for money in envelopes and behind this, I had my rules/consequences. It worked out well for me. I hope this is what you were asking for

Sounds like what I was hoping to do. The only issue is the folders we have don't have prongs in the middle. Do you think hole punching and brad fasteners would work? Or would it fall apart throughout the year?

I'm switching from 3rd to 1st and switching to a folder from a binder. My Wal-mart has plastic folders with prongs for $.50 each. I would like to make them ahead of time and I want them to last. I will have labels on the pockets too.

I'm still working on the organization. I have this (attached note) that will stay in the folder (in a sheet protector) for the beginning of the year. The note is in draft form. I would love any feedback.

I used a organize 3 times in the 1st paragraph!

Thanks!

I attached the wrong version in my previous post.
