I'm as socially distanced as I can get in NJ. Glad we were marked as an A. I miss my friends. We had a Zoom happy hour on Friday. That was fun but not the same.

We must be doing really bad or really great since we are not on the map at all.

Edited to add I found our state, had to search it though. The good new is that my county is in the top 5 in the state. However it is also in the bottom 5 as well. (We only have 5 counties :-))

According to your link, OP, my entire state's a B, but my county says F. There seem to be 31 cases in my county according to that site, but it's now 76 though on my official county covid-19 site. Went from 1-76 in exactly 2 weeks.

Personally, I'm pretty good, trying to stay in good spirits, but it's indeed scary.

My state is a C, my county is an A.

I looked at almost all the places I've lived previously and they are all way worse than my current "A." Several are an F. It looks like more rural places are faring worse on this list from my quick glance (I could be wrong, overall). It seems social distancing would be easier in some ways in more rural places, though.

Thanks for posting that site- very interesting.

This was kind of my thought as well. The states in the bottom 5 are less densely populated with large ranches and farms, so their phone might indicate that they are moving a lot, but they might actually still be on their own property and yet not near any other people.

My state is a B and my county is a C. I am surprised our grades are that high being we have a governor who refuses to issue a shelter in place order.

changes this past month

So at first I thought this was based on the initatives regarding social distancing in each county. No, it's based on change in habit regarding traveling during this past month.

That would certainly explain why so many rural areas received an F grade and New York gets an A.

Life is very different in Broken Bow, Nebraska (F) and New York City (A). Things just aren't going to change very much if you live far from a grocery store.

Oh yeah, that would make a big difference! Of course rural places fare less well. I'm less impressed with our county's A now. I definitely should have read more closely. I was just excited to see something positive

Overall my state has an A, but my County has an F, which I totally believe.

Just yesterday my neighbor had a party!
