I enjoy looking at everyone's personal websites. Where do I go to create one for my classroom?

I just started one on classjump.com. It is free. It is not real cutesy or flexible, but it was great for me, since I am novice! You can also have a free one at scholastic.

www.weebly.com and www.googlepages.com are two other options. Both are very easy to use, free, and they don't have ads! Good luck!

Scholastic offers free homepages (password protected) to educators. I have set one up using the scholastic homepage and also using google.

Have fun!

last year, but had trouble several times logging onto my website. I only had a few parents ever check it, but they also said they could not always get on.

Just thought I would pass that along.

Thank you for the other options!!

Free Webpage at www.schoolnotes.com

For those of you who do not have a webpage of your own yet, there is
a great website called www.schoolnotes.com where you can create an
easy web page for free. You do not have to know HTML to design the
page, and there are several options for adding colorful backgrounds
and text, along with a few simple graphics. Your students and parents
can easily find your page by typing in your school's zip code and
then clicking on your name.
For a small subscription fee, you can add more colorful graphics and
animations, also. You can also vary the text more with the
subscription fee.

I use my webpage to post my weekly newsletter. What is also great is
I can add up to 20 educational links. Then when my students go to
computer lab, they just go to my webpage first and click on the links
I have programmed in. This saves me a lot of time so that the kids
aren't surfing around. It also alleviates all of the problems that
occur with spelling errors when trying to find a webpage.
I have invested in the subscription, so when you visit mine,
remember that it is the personal edition that I paid for.
To see my webpage, go to www.schoonotes.com
Click on the "view Notes" tab.
Type in 47001 for my school's zip code.
Then click on my name: Mrs. Hutton
