This is somewhat creepy. It would be strange to find out you may have hundreds of possible biologically related siblings. I do not think what he did was okay by any means. I would imagine many of the parents would be okay if that was the only way they would be able to conceive.

Totally creeps me out.
I used to work in a medical lab in the 1970’s and we would get “donations” left by anonymous guys. The lab director would mysteriously take them somewhere. He was very hush hush about this.

to have a positive outcome if a previously infertile couple gets to conceive BUT to me the negative ramifications are so weird and awful.

If it were smaller town or less diverse area, you could accidentally date your brother and/or make a baby.

Speaking as someone who started my journey by using sperm from a sperm bank, I think it is wrong. I don't think many parents would be okay, even if it were the only way to conceive. Maybe they would be if they knew about it in advance. I would be upset as medically you would want to know the history. I wasn't clear from the article, how did they think they got pregnant. Did they know they were getting sperm or ???
