A package did not arrive with 2 day delivery.
It was supposed to arrive by 8 PM last night. Now it says Friday delivery.
Should I contact them? Is there anything they can do or they offer?

They offered me was an extra month of Amazon prime for free one time. The other time they didn't do anything. It doesn't hurt to contact them. I think sometimes if the reason it is late is because of them or the shipping company.

Its been slow for me too with the last order I placed. It was for a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Luckily she's too little to know what day it is.

I have had a few things late.I didn't complain, so not sure of those options.

I know if it's shipped through another company besides Amazon (you can check who it's offered through by looking at the product's info) it can take much longer. That's what happened when I ordered some gardening products. I called CS and that's the explanation they gave me. Perhaps wait till the new delivery date and see if it's delivered then. You shouldn't be charged until the product is actually delivered.
