So, the manager never called as scheduled, of course !
I finally found time between school and piano lessons to call the store today. I asked to speak to a manager, and the guy asked if he could try to help me first.
He was SOOOOOOOO nice! He was calm, understanding, patient, thorough, competent, articulate, intelligent, and he wouldn't give up! I was on the phone with him for about 40 minutes, and in the end, we were successful.
He was able to credit my account with the full amount of the dryer that I never owned.
I told him that I wished I'd talked to him the very first time I called the store 13 months ago! He said he wished the same thing - lol!
I love stories like this!!! If you happen to get a customer survey definitely fill it out. Maybe reading this will give me some good luck with my issue with chase
I googled this amazing guy, and found his LinkedIn page, and this is what he wrote about his job at Lowe's:
